Service fee tiers
The service fee is based on product value only. International freight, duties, taxes, special packaging, and non-standard handling are quoted separately when needed.

When extra charges may apply
Physical consolidation and unpacking, repacking, and packing materials are billed separately under the current warehouse charge sheet. Special handling and storage beyond 7 days also follow that sheet; international freight is quoted separately.
- Oversized or heavy cargo, such as furniture, machinery, or auto parts.
- Wooden crating, wooden framing, or other special export packaging.
- Orders involving multiple suppliers or extensive consolidation.
- Customized packing requirements, including specific carton sizes, splitting or merging cartons, palletizing, relabeling, or other special packing instructions.
- Special sourcing requests or detailed product inspections beyond standard QC.
- Long-term warehouse storage beyond the free storage period.
- Any additional handling or services requested outside our standard purchasing process.

Standard packing materials are USD 0.30/kg of volumetric weight (USD 1 minimum, USD 5 maximum per package), vacuum bags are USD 3/piece, detailed inspection photos are USD 1.50/photo, and customer-requested repacking after initial packing is USD 3/carton.
Basic quantity count is USD 0.10/piece (USD 5 minimum), and detailed SKU verification is USD 0.15/piece (USD 5 minimum).
Pallets are USD 20/pc, wooden crates USD 60/CBM, and wooden frames USD 40/CBM; insurance and other services are confirmed separately.
